Terms of Service

Last updated TBD — date

This is a skeleton, not an agreement. Each section states what belongs there. Nothing here has been drafted or reviewed by a lawyer, and it creates no obligations on anyone until it is completed and reviewed.

1. Who these terms are with

Blitz Docket Platforms LLP (TBD — LLPIN), registered at TBD — registered address, and the business subscribing to the service.

2. What the service does

Blitz Docket reads purchase orders from a customer's email, matches lines against the customer's catalogue, and reconciles invoices from a Tally export against those orders. TBD — define the boundary precisely, since the marketing page promises specific behaviour: it does not post vouchers to Tally, and it lists parts it cannot identify rather than guessing.

3. What the customer is responsible for

TBD — accuracy of catalogue data, granting mailbox access lawfully, having authority over the documents supplied, and reviewing the output before acting on it commercially.

4. Accuracy, and what it is not

The service extracts and matches data from documents. It can misread a document or fail to match a line. TBD — state that output is not accounting, tax or legal advice, that the customer's own books remain authoritative, and that dispatch decisions remain the customer's.

5. Data

Handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, published at blitzdocket.app/privacy. TBD — confirm the customer retains ownership of its own content, and state the export and deletion commitment on termination.

6. Fees and payment

TBD — pricing model, billing cycle, taxes (GST), late payment, and what happens on non-payment.

7. Availability and support

TBD — any uptime commitment, support hours and response times, and how planned maintenance is notified. If there is no formal SLA, say so rather than implying one.

8. Confidentiality

TBD — mutual confidentiality over customer documents, pricing and catalogues.

9. Suspension and termination

TBD — notice period on either side, grounds for suspension, and what happens to data afterwards.

10. Liability

TBD — limitation of liability and any cap. Needs a lawyer; a cap copied from another company's terms is unlikely to be enforceable as intended here.

11. Governing law

TBD — governing law and the courts with jurisdiction, typically where the LLP is registered.

12. Changes to these terms

TBD — how changes are notified and when they take effect.
